Dr. Mona Zoughaib

Dr. Mona Zoughaib is a renowned expert in project management and organizational transformation, serving as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at We Grow Minds. With over 20 years of experience, she has been instrumental in fostering innovation and leading change across various sectors. Dr. Zoughaib holds a PhD in Project Management in Information Systems from Université de Paris, an MBA, and a Bachelor in Computer Science from the Lebanese American University (LAU).

Her areas of expertise include project management, Agile methodologies, leadership development, and human resources analytics. Dr. Zoughaib has delivered training to prestigious organizations such as NEOM, Khadamat Facilities Management, the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia, AD Ports as part of ADQ Abu Dhabi, ALDAR, AlNakheel, AUB, DGDA, MISK for MBS, TRSDC, and others in the MENA region. As a PMI Authorized Training Partner, ATP Trainer of PMI global, and PwC certified Trainer, she has maintained a 100% success rate in training sessions, significantly enhancing project success rates for numerous clients.

Dr. Zoughaib is also a consultant managing million doctor projects, and latest project with government entities in the UAE. She has 14 years of experience as a professor and trainer, and still a part-time professor at the American University of Beirut (AUB) and Lebanese American University (LAU) since 2015. She is an acclaimed speaker, regularly featured at international forums including the Dubai International Project Management Forum (DIPMF), PMI Lebanon and UAE chapters, PMOGA, CIO Leaders Conference, PMI LIM in Germany, Spain, and Dubai, among others. Her contributions to the field have been recognized with multiple awards, including the Best Trainer Award, the Transformation Leader Award from Impact Events & Publishers LLC, and being named one of the TOP 100 Women Leaders by White Page International in Dubai.

Committed to lifelong learning and professional development, Mona has served on the boards of the PMI UAE Chapter and PMI Lebanon Chapter for more than 5 years and is currently active in the Lebanese Association of Information Systems. Her company, We Grow Minds, is a partner of PwC Academy Dubai, AD Maritime Academy (ADQ), AUB, and the Syndicate of Engineers and Architects, collaborating frequently with PMI UAE, Lebanon, and KSA on many training initiatives. Her multilingual proficiency in French, English, Arabic, and Spanish enables her to connect with and inspire a diverse global audience.
