Areej Naqshbandi is the Head of PMO at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and a board member of the Saudi Facility Management Company (FmTech). She is a visionary leader with extensive experience in driving large-scale transformation initiatives that align with the Saudi Vision 2030. She holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a bachelor’s degree in Computer & Information Science from King Saud University.

With a proven track record of success, Areej has led different enterprise project management offices in multiple sectors, including financial, investment, and retail, within both public and private organizations.

Her leadership is distinguished by an ambitious strategic vision, proactive direction, effective delivery and operation. She is renowned for driving cultural and people transformation and cultivating a work environment that promotes innovation and operational excellence.
