In a keynote address at the Dubai International Project Management Forum, Afdhel Aziz, Chief Purpose Officer of Conspiracy of Love, a company specialising in purpose-driven success, emphasised that achieving meaningful goals requires a combination of practical and personal tools in individuals' lives. He noted that successful organisations must go beyond this by creating platforms for dialogue, providing training opportunities, empowering employees and fostering creativity.

Aziz further explained that a successful leader is distinguished by the ability to effectively define and prioritise goals. He categorised these goals into three key areas: organisational goals, personal goals, and the ability to anticipate and manage crises that may arise in the pursuit of these objectives.

Aziz highlighted that understanding goals and their mechanisms is best achieved through a global example that demonstrates what a goal entails and how to achieve the desired outcomes. The example I take pride in sharing is the Emirate of Dubai. Its future vision is defined by an unwavering sense of purpose, driven by visionary leadership. I hope that Dubai continues to share its courageous and inspiring journey with cities across the globe.

Aziz highlighted the increasing demand for the project management profession in the international job market, noting that it requires a broad range of skills, capabilities, and current knowledge of global trends, such as clean energy, climate change solutions, and sustainable energy. He pointed out that clients and investors are increasingly seeking project management experts who not only possess these competencies but also exhibit independent thinking, mastery of their craft, and a strong commitment to serving others by enhancing productivity and maintaining a clear focus on well-defined objectives.
