Since 2023, Frank Wolters has served as the Managing Director of Tegel Projekt GmbH in Berlin, where he oversees the areas of Real Estate Management & Digital Services, Sales, Communication & Innovation Centers, Organization and Finance, as well as Legal Affairs.

Before joining Tegel Projekt GmbH, he was the Managing Director of the municipal economic development agency in Paderborn starting in 2017. From 2018 onwards, he also held responsibility for TechnologieParkPaderborn GmbH. Prior to that, he held various roles in Düsseldorf and Neuss, including Project Manager and Department Head.

Frank Wolters holds degrees in Geography and Civil Engineering (M.A.), having studied at RWTH Aachen University and the Gerhard Mercator University in Duisburg.

He is a member of organizations such as the Founders Foundation (Bertelsmann Foundation) and the German Association of Innovation and Technology Centers (BVIZ).
