Lisa Whited

Lisa Whited is an expert in organizational development, change management, and the future of work, focusing on integrating physical workplace design, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), and sustainability to create healthier, more engaging work environments.

She holds a Master of Science in Organization + Management from Antioch University and is certified in mediation, facilitation, interior design, and as a circular economy specialist. Currently, Lisa is a doctoral student in the Organizational Development + Change program at Fielding Graduate University. She has been recognized as one of the top 1% of Mentimeter presenters worldwide, utilizing this facilitation tool to ensure all voices are heard in change initiatives.

Lisa's passion lies in fostering small group dialogue to drive lasting change, enhancing both planetary wellbeing and human connection. Her consultancy work has helped leaders at Google, Microsoft, WTW, bp, Omnicom, and others to enhance employee engagement through strategic workplace initiatives. Her acclaimed book, Work Better. Save the Planet, awarded IFMA’s Distinguished Author Award, serves as a guide for building employee engagement while addressing climate change.

Residing in Portland, Maine, USA, Lisa continues to advance innovative strategies that shape the future of work and contribute to a sustainable world.
