Iain Fraser, PMP, PMI Fellow is globally recognised as an expert in modern business, portfolio, program of work, and project management practices, Iain has worked around the world in the Banking/Finance, Defence, Engineering, Government, Oil & Gas, Power, and Telecommunications sectors. Today he is an author, speaker, trainer, and professional director He has keynoted many business events and acted as MC/Host at others.

Recently retired as Founder and CEO of Project Plus Ltd, a professional services organisation he founded, grew, and took global before selling, he now consults to organisations seeking or needing to change. Iain is a member of the 'globalScot' business network and has been listed as a notable person in the Who's Who of Professionals directory. He holds a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors amongst other qualifications.

During 2006 he was Chairman of the global Board of Directors of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He spent 6 years on the board where he oversaw a period of considerable growth and global expansion.

His business books sell to leaders globally. In addition, he has had articles published in various business media including The Telegraph and The Times of the UK.
