Ewa leverages a unique combination of 20+ years of experience in creating and implementing business strategies, portfolio and project management, sustainability, and ESG to support leaders and organizations in achieving business, social, and environmental goals.

She gained knowledge and skills in project management in Poland and abroad, implementing, preparing and supervising dozens of projects, including mega investment projects in mining, power energy and heat sector, acting as Executive Director for Investment Projects, President of the Management Board, member Investment Committee and member of multiple supervisory boards, Project Director.

For several years, she participated in creating, implementing, and monitoring corporate, CSR, and investment strategies and managing project portfolios. As the CEO of GPM EMEA, she promoted and advocated for sustainable project management in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Ewa also has extensive coaching and teaching experience, lecturing, co-creating postgraduate study programs in the field of sustainable development and project management, as well as advising and developing sustainable strategies, project management and sustainability competences in many companies. She is also a published author and speaker at numerous project management and ESG conferences.
