Frank has almost 20 years of experience in the construction and manufacturing industries, as well as ten years of practical project / program management experience throughout Europe, Asia, and the United States, on projects varying from five people to 400 people and from $5 million to $1.2 billion. Since 2002, Frank has trained hundreds of project leaders on project management best practices. Frank has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, University College, Ireland.
