Founder and CEO
Jean-Luc Favrot is an international thought leader in project management, innovation and artificial intelligence, with over 30 years of experience across public and private sectors. He is founder and CEO of companies specializing in these fields in Europe and Oceania.
Highly committed to PMI's volunteer community, he is a co-author of two standards at the heart of innovation: the PMBOK® Guide Seventh Edition (2021) and the upcoming Standard for AI in PPPM (Portfolio, Program, and Project Management). He also contributed to the PMIstandards+ platform and the latest standards for Program and for Portfolio Management. He is a regular speaker at global events and serves as Vice President of the PMI France Chapter, in charge of the Horizons branch (overseas and international).
As a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) instructor, Jean-Luc is a dedicated trainer, and he is also an external lecturer at the University of French Polynesia. He holds a Master's degree in Engineering in Computer science and Management from Polytech Montpellier, France and around twenty professional certifications including PMP, PMI-ACP, DASSM, SPC, PRINCE2, UXC (Design Thinking).
Jean-Luc is passionate about integrating AI with human-centered approaches, bridging technology with user-focused strategies to enhance efficiency and drive innovation within organizations.
Based in Tahiti while frequently traveling the world, Jean-Luc delivers inspiring talks, coaches organizations, and leads training sessions that empower professionals to embrace transformative methodologies.
