Shane has shaped urban innovation programs globally over the last 20 years, designed the foundational smart cities frameworks, and as a passionate urbanist driving the role of digital development to deliver growth, resilience, livability, and community. Shane has written widely on the role of ICT to deliver sustainability, digitalization imperatives, the future of work, placemaking, and engagements beyond large cities to regions, towns, and cluster developments. Shane is a Fellow of the RSA, Academician at the Academy of Urbanism, and worked globally on urban informatics, platforms and participatory ecosystems.
