Ana is a Senior Manager with Accenture, and a Canada Business Agility Practice Lead.  She has dedicated her career to helping clients improve strategy realization through establishment of adaptive governance, sophisticated decision making, and outcome-based work design. 

She was an early adopter of agile ways of working, developing, and incorporating business agility practices across a variety of contexts.  

Her own practice is underpinned by continuous learning about ways of working, decision making and strategy implementation, achieving PhD in Management Science at London School of Economics, completing MBA specializing in strategy at Kingston Business School (UK), and keeping current with professional development.

Ana continues to advance management practice through actively helping clients achieve transformation goals and developing thought leadership.
